Poker type rule

I am thinking to do a rule
Players play a round of Texas Holdem. The winner of a round picks a counter from a pile of counters.
Each player has three pictures they have chosen at the start of the game.
The pictures are among the pile of counters. Players have seen these counters and must remember where their three pictures are and pick one of the pictures they chose by remembering where they are. First player to pick all three of their nominated pictures on the counters win the game.

However the glitch is that a player may pick a picture of another player so then the other player cannot win the game. I could say the pictuer is void if another player picks an opposite players picture but this seems rather dull.
Any ideas to spice this up and sort the pick another players picture counter?
Thanks

when a player picks another players picture, simply have them put it back on the table. Players can only hold onto pictures that are their. Cool idea by the way. I like.
