Yeesh! The prices are reasonable, yes, or would be if I wanted at least a thousand pieces. What if I only need a hundred or so for experimental purposes? I have a game I *need* card stands of different colors for, but only a few dozen would suffice! Are there any avenues for me?
P.S.: I never thought I'd see the day... not even eBay has game card stands!

I bought some from Plastics for Games a while back, I think something like 50 or 100 of each of 8 colors. I recommend them, and would also be willing to sell some if desired. I also have pawns in identical matching colors. If you'd just like to buy a few of each and don't want to go through ordering a bunch, drop me a private message here and we'll work something out (pretty cheap -- I mostly just need to pay for the items plus some of the shipping from England, plus shipping to you).

Yo should also try Rolco for misc. bits. They do sell the card stands that you described as a stock item. They own the tool and make the parts in house. Depending on your quantity, their prices are quite resonable. They are located in Minneaoplis.
