Prototype Catch 22

Can someone help me here? Does anyone know where I can get a relatively small, if not extremely small run done for my game? The game has hex tiles, several custom plastic pieces and cards. My problem is this; I need the finished game pieces in order to get photos of them to complete the instruction manual and box wrap artwork. However no company will do a run of less than 2000 units. Why would I want 2000 units of an incomplete game? Any help at all is apreciated. Thanks in advance.

For a beta test prototype, I have pieces, but I need the custom pieces to get their photos into a completed instruction manual. And...what exactly does stylized mean?
