I am designing a strategy board game. To help me include all the best features, I have created a survey to collect some general opinions from potential users.

If you can spare a few minutes to complete the survey, I'd be very grateful!

If you've got any other opinions that might help, it'd be great to get a discussion going on here as well!

What do you think makes a good strategy game? Have you played any good strategy board games? Do you think a board game based on a PC or computer game could work?

I took your Survey...

I left a comment... that was shortest survey I've ever taken... I suggest that you add more questions...

Agree with previous poster!

That was pretty short, and I'm not sure how much useful information you're going to get from it.

That's not technically true-- I said my favorite game was Twilight Imperium, so if you copied that game, I'd probably end up buying it, and you'd have sold at least one copy!

Very Short Survey!

Thanks for the feedback! The survey is very short...I didn't want to make it very long, since I'm asking people to spend their time filling it in!

I'm really hoping to get some information from people regarding what sort of features they would like in the game play, and where I should focus my energy when it comes to developing parts. This is a project for a Product Design module at University, so I've got a fairly limited amount of time to do it!!

Thanks for taking the time to fill in the survey. I may well post another one with more specific questions as I develop the design...if your interested in how I get on, I have a thread running at BoardGameGeek as well, which I will be keeping updated with my progress: http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/453415
