I think you need to expand your rules. You have plenty of diagrams but not much text explaining the game.
I don't understand what the values of the dice mean & why you change them when captured.

I think the "dice" are really the player pieces. So if I am player 1 and you're player 2 then all of my pieces have the 1 face up on the "dice / cubes" and your's gave the 2 face up. If you capture min you simply rotate the cube to show 2 instead of 1 so it is now your piece. Presumably it's to save on additional player pieces and having to swap them out on the board. <--- all of this is assuming I understood the rules when I read them.
I agree that you need more text in your rules. Have you done much play testing? About how long does a game take to play?
I find the concept intriguing. It looks like a very simple, yet very strategic game- it reminds me of Go or Blokus in that respect.
@GamingNerd
Thank you! What you got from the current document is correct . I accept, i need to give more text in my rules. I didn't do much playtesting. We have to spend at least 45min-1hr for single game but still I can't confirm that because you know this is developing stage. I just posted an incomplete version here to get some feedback.

“I don't understand what the values of the dice mean”
The values on the cube to represent the player. For final version we can give anything instead of numbers. Example : four different shapes/colors.
“why you change them when captured”
Consider no:1 is your ID and no:2 is your opponent ID. If you capture your opponent cube then that is belongs to you so you have to rotate the cube and place that in same square with your number on the top.
Hope you understand!
