Shattered Empires is a Science Fiction CCG based in an ever evolving world that will be shaped by the players. The main game has/will have five initial factions to choose from to decide if you want to conquer the galaxy on your own ( as Independant ) or join forces with another existing faction, like Warlord Darkon!
I am based out of Portland and have rough cards printed out for play testing. I think I have most of the mechanics worked out, at least according to the groups that I've been testing with here, but it's always nice to have fresh sets of eyes taking a look at the game. Mostly we are in the balancing portion of play testing.
I would love to have some more people taking a look at the game. If you are in the portland area, contact me and we can meet up at one of the major shops for play testing. If you are outside the Portland area, we can figure out another way to do play testing.

I have the rules and the turn order typed up in the standard word docs, but I can translate them into PDF formats if necessary. I can email those docs to anyone who would like. As far as printing out the cards, unfortunately I still haven't gotten them into a finalized format for play testing. I'm currently using a free program called Magic Set Editor which lets me quickly edit and print out cards. It uses the Magic format for the cards, which are not related to the finalized version of the game at all. Mostly just a useful tool considering the sheer volume of cards I'm printing and testing with. I've printed over 3000 cards thus far for play testing.
