Here is the first iteration for the rules to my game which I think are 'playable'. I welcome suggestion to format and actual rules, since it can be hard to proof your own work.
I have next to no artwork yet, sorry about that.

Would you mind posting them so that I can look at them?
EDIT: sorry, I just couldn't see them because I wasn't logged in. Give me a few hours to look them over.
This thread is amazing. Not only has it given me a layout for how rules should be written, but it tells me that I can randomly post my rules here too (was afraid I wasn't allowed). Thanks for this.
EDIT:
Having read through some of it, I want to ask:
Do you want me to edit it for content (helping to re-organize for clarity), or for spelling/grammar, theme, and presentation?
Frankly, if I get too caught up on one, I won't do the other. I'd need to download it or start a google doc or something. What would you prefer for me to do?
EDIT: What I suggest you do is provide a summary section which sort of explains the goals of the game in a succinct paragraph or two, then provide explanations of those ideas thereafter. It's hard to plunge in without a "big picture" perspective.
Thank you for reading the rules.
I am much more concerned with the format and ideas relating to that. The grammar and stuff can be fixed later. I am more concerned about over format and readability suggestions.

Yes, the game is a negotiation game. Not very much play testing has been done yet, so a few things will need to change for balance sake. However the core rules are there.
Thank you for taking the time to look at them.
