These are all 1 inch in diameter and have a full-color glossy front over a metal shell. I can do them either flat or with a curved top. The thickness of the flat counters is about that of 2 U.S. quarter coins while the curved top ones are as thick as 3 quarters. Here are some samples I used to create some replacement tokens for Race for the Galaxy and Agricola:

I supply a template and when the completed template is emailed to me, I can create your prototype counters for as low as $0.50 each.

Let me know if you're interested.

Buttons

You made these with a button machine right? Good use for existing equipment. Kudos to you.

Bits made with a button machine

Yes, exactly. I can make them with a 1 inch or a 1.5 inch machine. Also, we've created an adapter to make the resulting pieces FLAT. Perfect for making counters that are stackable.

Counter backs

What do the counters look like on the back?

Yeah

My thoughts exactly. Are these counters hollow on the bottom (like a button) or are they solid? You said they were stackable, can you give us a photo or diagram with how they work?

Backside of the counters....

Unlike a button, these have a hard black plastic plug in the back of them. If we use our adapter and make them flat, they stack fairly easily. Each one is the thickness of two US Quarter coins. If we don't use our adapter and we leave the convex front on them, they won't stack well and they are the thickness of three US quarter coins.

Here's a picture of some replacement "Stone" counters for Agricola:
