I haven't found any "standard" symbol for it, but if you have one you like in low res, I'll be glad to provide you with a vector-based version you can use for printing.

I dont think there is one
I dont think there is one standard symbol, but usually a triangle warning symbol along with text. Sadly the text would mean translation if you plan to offer the game/toy to multiple language audiences.

It's an EPS file, so you can use it for commercial printing work, but it has a WMF preview image, so you can also place and scale on MS Word and other non graphics-pro apps.
Yes, I've done it with a low res image. The result is not bad, but it would be good if I can find the 'original'.
