Above is a link to a draft of the new rule book. It is still in it's early development stage, but I would appreciate fresh eyes willing to critique the direction it is headed in.

I only briefly glanced at the rules, but one thing about the ship cards struck me as odd.
There are Accuracy, Guns and Attack values which all seem related, but they are split up on thier location on the card. I'd move "Move" and "Hull" to not break up the three attack related values.
