So I've been trying to figure out international shipping for Kickstarter, how/why did you come up with the $21 mark for international shipping?

Good question... That is the cheapest flat-rate international shipping option available to me from TheGameCrafter, which is the ones manufacturing and fulfilling this game. Many have asked me why it is so high, but I say, I am just breaking even. I asked another Kickstarter creator how he got international shipping cheaper than me, but it turns out he's also using TGC, and he is shipping internationally at a loss to him, and it was a mistake in his calculation.
