Short answer: Panda Games
Short answer: Panda Games Manufacturing is a great one.
Long answer:
I did the art for Homesteaders and Ground Floor, both for Tasty Minstrel Games. Homesteaders and Seth's Terra Prime were the first two titles published by TMG, using another Chinese printer, Xinghui Industry Co., and we had all sorts of problems (you can easily find lots of info and images on BGG).
For the second edition of HS we switched to Panda (who also prints for Z-Man, among others) and everything went perfect. Print quality is great, attention to detail is great too, and working with Michael Lee (head of Panda) has been a pleasure ever since.

A second vote for Panda Game
A second vote for Panda Game Manufacturing - they are really hitting their stride with great quality products. I met Richard and Michael Lee at GenCon last year and can tell you that they were VERY busy meeting with publishers - good sign!
