I am interested in knowing if these make it to market as some have great fun written all over them..I especially loved the one with hand truck hustle and if not in print would like to discuss carrying it for our inventory. I am also interested in any that would be tested and ready to publish on small scale and distributed through our company.

If you have not noticed by now you shall see I am looking for a wide array of games to add to our collection of inventory for all ages and spectrum of people from all walks of life. If you have a game which is low cost, easy to produce with a good profit margin of 100% or greater than I am interested in seeing if we could make a few games or if you have access to making 500 games and need a network to distribute for you I would carry them. Must be ready for sale and have your name on them as copyrighted but we (lil fisher inc) would be the exclusive distributor in USA and Canada.

If this is agreeable than write my email lilfisher@hushmail.com

Thanks

Lifisher, I suggest you might

Lifisher,

I suggest you might get better results designing your own game, or at least remove the exclusivity.

The proffessional designers will tell you that it takes years to perfect a game and bring it to market, just to give a company exclusive distribution in two countries, is a bit too much to ask.

exclusivity

I think exclusivity is fine and pretty much the norm. The key here would be that the contract runs just for as long as it takes to sell all the copies or a certain amount of time (I think the norm is from 2 to 5 years), whatever comes first.

That way, if I commit a game to your company, but you fail to sell well, I get my rights back after a couple years. OTOH, you can have an extension clause, in case you do sell well, giving you first option rights for future editions.

As for the Game Design Showdown game, you can check the Archives for several years worth of challenge entries, and send a message to the authors of the games you think would suit your company.
