Clarification
Are you asking about publishers on the website Alibaba? I'm not sure there are any publishers there. You may be thinking of manufacturers. I've had limited experience with Alibaba manufacturers and what little experience I've had hasn't been good. That's not to say there aren't good ones out there, there's just so many cheap ones (not cheap in a good way) that you can get lost in a sea of them. Your best bet is to find manufacturers from a list like this:

The thing I like about the list I posted above is it gives some good expectations regarding price quality and how responsive the manufacturer is to work with. That should be a good starting place for you.

Mainly cards a board and the box and a timer and rules sheet but small box not the usual big party game boxes
