Thanks for the link Keith, found it well worth a dig through the archives of the interviews with other small companies - quite a different vibe at times to that from the larger companies r.e. submission interest/turn around times.

I purposely try to mix up the type of company from big ones to small niche companies, from hobby market to specialty market, so together it paints a complete portrait of the industry.
