Hello! I'm doing a research report on the costs and steps involved in creating a board game, and was hoping to get some input from people who's experienced creating their own.
I'm doing this both for post-secondary credit and my client, a successful game store with multiple locations. The owners love board games but are unaware of the production aspects involved and the costs they can expect to pay if they create their own game.
I've already found all kinds of useful information here, in other online communities, blogs, magazines and a few books, but would like additional input from more designers so I can have some data to back up the literature review I'm doing.
