One of my earliest serious projects, Interdiction, was started over a year ago now and is finally in a place where I am very satisfied with the game it has become. I have decided to make it publicly available as a print and play free of charge and hope that other designers here will take the time to try it out and provide me with useful feedback for the creation of a second edition! The link to my blog is http://printagame.blogspot.com/. The first (and only) post has the link to the download. I hope everyone enjoys Interdiction!

Similar game

Your game looks similar to another designer on this website. Check out = http://www.bgdf.com/node/12414

USE THIS LINK INSTEAD: http://farfromhomeboardgame.weebly.com/pnp-ready.html

From there you can see pictures and note the commonalities/differences...

It's just when I looked into your rulebook - the hex board and the spaceships made me think about "Far From Home"!

An ODD coincidence probably!

An Interesting Game

Cool! I had never heard of this game I will need to play it sometime! Though the games have undeniably similar themes I skimmed the rulebook and, though I have not personally played Far From Home, the games look very different. I agree though, the facts that, piece facing matters, you control a fleet in space, and the main objective of the game is to capture the enemy capital ship are in both games. Since I haven't played FFH I cannot speak to its novel elements, but I am fairly certain that piece movement in Interdiction is handled differently then any other game out there. I hope you will be willing to give it a shot despite its theme similarities to other games =)

Update to Game

Interdiction has just been updated! There were some blank pages in the Print and Play that were brought to my attention and have since been removed. I also want to take this opportunity to thank those who have already given the game a shot and rated it on BGG!
