It would be great if this site had a "links" section that had lists of game design related web links. Like game design articles or links to usfule programs like "nandeck". Many people post usful links in threads but wouldn't it be nice to have it all on one page?

While I agree, sadly the main issue is that the progress of such a feature is slow to be transitioned from the old site content.

I might consider another method to allow members to submit links and associate the links with a specific category, but at this point I am in a job-transition that is taking up much of my time. Once I have the real life job situation under control additional features WILL be coming...

Sorry for the slow progress, please continue to suggest ideas, and stay tune for future system upgrades that will hopefully help some of the desired features.

Alternatively

Meanwhile, you could write a how-to and dump all the ones you have so far in it. That'd be a start.

Very good idea. And honestly if you wanted to give a useful link to some app/etc it might make sense for the submitting member to create a how-to and part of that how-to can be the link. So maybe the description or first step could be, go download XYZ available at this link.

Step 2.... do some ABC with app XYZ... etc

Yes

Good idea! I think I will create a how to and update it as I find new links. Anyone can leave suggestions in the comments section and I will continue updating. Then Zzzzz can use this when he's ready to create the feature.
