BGDF badge at BGG and BGDF designer games Genji and Wasabi!

Well... as it is that time of year... I just got my free badge at BGG and found the BGDF insignia (unlike last year... couldn't find it!) so it made my choice an easy one.

Also, I was kindly gifted with Wasabi! and Genji this year (congrats again to Josh and Dylan).

As I have had some brief communication with both of you and having recently received these games, I am willing to offer feedback on these games if you like. More than likely it will be after only 1 or 2 plays, but if my critique has any value, I would be glad to give it. If not, I understand that as well.

Finally a badge for me

I was always thinking which badge I could get from BGG, I think that is one I would get.

Still, I don't have 50 geek gold yet...

wait a minute, free badge from BGDF...

But I can't just find it in all the badge categories ( bad classification system :) )

So where is it?

Well, I can't decide

I still can't decide which one to choose... Do I want the BGDF microbadge, the boardgamenews microbadge, or both? I posted a thread asking for advice on BGG, and can be found here:

Any and all critique has value!

I would love to hear your critiques on Genji. Any information to help me make the next design better! As always, reviews on BGG fill out the page for the game and help people decide about whether they want the game or not.

I'll PM you the review when I get the plays... I'll definitely get a couple of plays in by mid February... sounds like it would be a great fit for Valentine's Day.

PS - the figures and masks you sent me are sitting on my desktop and making my computer room rock.
