There has not been a proper numbered version release of the Inkscape Hexmap Extension in 10 years or so and this was causing some confusion, so here is a 2.0 release. There are only minor bug-fixes added recently, so no need to upgrade if you were happy with the older version you already had installed, but use this version for new installs.
Basically the same features as it has had for years, just more stable and supports more recent versions of Inkscape (and a few minor cosmetic improvements).
