I have a game that a friend designed many years ago. I liked the idea but thought it could use some further development. He offered the game to me basically for free, all he wants is his name on the box and a free copy of it when and if it is ever published. What I am looking for now is a contract that he and I could sign transferring all rights to me for the agreed terms. But I am having trouble finding a contract like that. Does anyone have a simple contact that is similar that they could send me or point me to a good resource that would have one?
