Looks like a Wargame
With the board aspect - it looks to be a fusion of Wargame and Board Game. The use of 3D printed or molds for the figures makes it seem like a Wargame and then hex squares look like a Board Game.
That link looks like something similar: it's the NEW WotC/Hasbro game they are working on for Magic: the Gathering (the board game).

The theme is different - but the products look similar. Maybe you want to sue WotC/Hasbro - as I said the products look VERY similar!

Yes you got it perfectly right in my design goals for this game. A board game that feels like a wargame. I loved playing 40k and others like it but do not have the time for 12 hour marathons anymore. I wanted to capture that experience and feeling on a much smaller scale in my own way.
I have heard of the MTG tactics game and am excited to try it! I used to be really into Magic and have always loved tactics games.
Me suing Hasbro would be like an ant taking on a whale :)
