Hey gang, I'm really glad I found this website and forums. I'm one of the founders of No Echo Games and I've had a turbulent year in getting to where I'm at today. I'm actually a few weeks away from releasing my first game onto Kickstarter, but I have at least 3 more coming with two in active development.

I'm Ryan by the way, and I had started this company with one of my best friends a little over a year ago. We decided that we wanted to start making some games and as we got started and things started to progress my friend unexpectedly passed away. It has been one of the hardest things to go through because not only was he my best friend but he was also a big part of this little company. I've had to pick up and carry on and it's taken me a lot longer to get to this point when the two of us would've already had our game out. I'm in a good place now and anxious to see what the future holds.

My first game is called "Dinner's at 4:30" and it's a board game where you play as an elderly person in an Assisted Living home trying to get to the window seat in the cafeteria (which is the best seat). You'll get to play cards along the way that can allow you to either attack an opponent, boost yourself along, or play events that affect everyone. I'd love for you guys to go to my website and check out more details on the game as well as my Kickstarter rewards. I'm on Twitter and Facebook as well, and if you follow me I'll definitely follow you back. Thanks so much for your time and best of luck to all of you and your games!

Welcome to the forum

Our condolences for loss of a friend.

Glad to hear that you got back up and went forth for you and your friends game company and vision to create games.

For your game; sounds like a blast to play and a lot of fantastic comedy puns to come up with while distracting other opponents during game play if I were playing your game with my group. Keep up the great work fellow game designer.
