Does anyone know where I can buy standard size blank bi-folding game boards?
I want to make some prototypes and I have access to a large format plotter. I want to print off the board game and then just glue it to the blank boards.
Thanks Patrick

Go to Toys R Us and buy cheap checker sets (about $3).
The boards are a good size and stock and fold in the middle.

That exactly what I did for a while. Works perfectly.
Lately I
For larger boards, try a game store - I picked up a stack of about 20 of those US state quarter maps at a local Kay Bee for around $3 each. They are great for wargames as they are about 26 inches by 16 inches.

I bought some Staedler grid paper (17"x22"). 15 bucks though, but there

I am actually looking for the same thing. My board is currently 12 x 18 and would ideally fold to 12 x 9. I am considering just laminating paper stock, but a laminator would cost me about $200.00 Which would be okay after I get the initial pre-orders from a conference happening in Aug. But I really would like to have a 4 very nice prototype for the conference so the kids can play with them.

As a dedicated manufacturer of board games, We actually can provide design kits. We have boxes made in white litho, boards to all standard sized in .080 pt chip wrapped in black skytogen embossed paper ready for the front label.
We can make custom prototypes also with our three colour laser tabloid printers and three HP wide format inket printers.
We will offer these items at modest costs.
We also have inket crack and peel paper for printing.
We can provide card decks in full color from our lasers also.
