Parachute Drop Alpha Prototype

This is a recent idea I had about skydivers jumping out of a plane and guiding themselves down so they land on a specific landing sight The cards that make up the space between the planes (or possibly just a single plane) and the landing sites is made up of a grid of 24 cards (4x6) which have different pathways the players use to guide their skydiver down. I also have cloud cards which I'm thinking is a sort of wild card as long as there is a path leading out of it. I'm still working out the specific actions but I have the following in mind:
Rotate a card
-Swap two cards in a row
-Swap two cards in a column
-Swap any two cards
-Swap two landing sites
-Discard a card from the play area and replace with a card from a lineup of the *extra* cards.
I'm also thinking there could be bonuses on the simpler cards that allow the players to get more points of actions.
