ok in math we are making a board game that has to do with everything we did this year. Our group idea is a board game where you can only move if you pick a card and do the problem on it. So, we need help naming it. I'd like it to be about math but not like "Magical Math"

Coming up with suggestions is

Coming up with suggestions is hard with so little information.

Is there a back story or is it just a quiz? Does the player have a time limit to solve the problem? What is the goal and how does moving help you to complete the goal?

A little more info on gameplay would help

You could, for example, set it in a haunted house and call it 'Problem Attic' (Pun on the word 'problematic') and make the solving of the problems how you escape from the attic.

At least, that's an idea I never really pursued many years ago :)

MathemaTICKS

how about mathemaTICKS. Each player is a math- loving dog. Each math problem is a Tick that slows you down. Solve to scratch them off.

My Wishlist...

I need a target audience here; like is this kiddie math or complex differentials in high-school? How fun loving is the class/your group? What style of game are you doing-- like is is just straightforward math stuff or is there a little story or at least a theme like cyberpunk or wizardry or anything?

That said, I think QED sounds kinda cool.

And, personal aside, I always thought the word "axiom" was pretty cool. "Blast-iom?" "Sharpened Axe-iom?" heh...
