My name is Don Pellicano. I'm quite old but with a young mind. In other words I'm still in the game. Back in 1974 with the help of my 4 children using the third floor of our 70 year old house we assembled board games. We sold Networth through department stores and game shops. WGBH in Boston met with me to see if it would be a fit with educational TV. It didn't. After a more friendly version in '82 I had it computerized in '97. I demonstrated Networth which was now "Interactive" to teachers and had modest sales. In 2012 I had Networth Interactive updated for newer computers.

Besides Networth I write educational stories for children about business, economics, investments and other financial instruments. They are called Young Investors Primers.

The project that I just completed is an educational game that I feel has merit and great potential. It has no bearing on finance and can be a board game or an educational app. I am trying to determine what source of help I need to make it "go public".

Welcome

Welcome to the forums.

You can usually find good discussions on individual aspects of game design in the different catagories of the forum and you can also put up a blog or game journal and keep discussion of a game as a whole to one area.

Good luck, and hopefully further success with your new project.
