Folks.
Mr Raddulay posted a reply to the responses of his earlier two posts. I originally deleted it but then I felt bad and grabbed a copy from my browser's cache. Here is the message as follows:

my situation; when i work mostly part time,i earn only 5 to 6 US$ a day.
i'm married, with 2 children and the one is on school,my wife is on the way,
i do not have my own computer or internet,i can only internet 1 hour
in a day,it cost me almost 1 dollar per hour, mostly 2 to 3 times only in a week.i do not have the Luxury of FINE WORDS and i answer directly as i think, and you are fuming on me because of that.
i told jeff i'm not very good at computer,it was only self study, mostly i do not understand code.i even do not know how to cut and paste a picture.

when i transfer my article in this forum,i presume it as the archive section.
i think the other side is the news feature,i'm wrong, why blame me.
and run out of money and time to answer those posting.
on your wish of term of answer.i wish i am sophisticated as you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
and i accidentally OPEN the Pandora's Box.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
as i read it...on the reply post...they really understand my article.
and still do not undestand those anger feeling towards me.
i hope it is culture barrier and not just discrimination.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
when i do wish to know some facts and data, or information,i myself ask directly the concern person. if i wish some clarification.naturally in private.

i hope it is the End of all the Fuming.

So what are we to make of this fellow. He seems harmless enough, however I think the language barrier is definitely a problem, possibly one that we might not be able to overcome easily. I don't want the community to be thought of as not internationally friendly and more specifically not non-english friendly, but we definitely have a problem here, one that could develop again with other members from other countries.
Any thoughts?
I don't believe that we are in a position to help Rad, nor he us, and it was nearly impossible to communicate with him, so I don't mind him not coming back. If he does come back, we'll deal with it then.
It's funny, I used to check the Admin forum several times a day, but got out of the habit due to the lack of messages. I'll start checking it again now. Let's try to discuss such things here before kicking someone or closing a thread, when feasible. When it's not, I'm sure everyone will make good decisions, and I'll certainly always back you up.

Folks,
Let's not forget about the Limbo forum for moving controversial posts into until a decision can be made. I should have done it in this occasion too and I apologize for not doing so. Just keep it in the back of your mind next time it happens.
