BGDF Colleagues!

I'm proud to announce that a new designer, Mike Strickland from Outer Limit Games will relaunch his game, TAU CETI in the months ahead and tonight will be voted upon as a Top 20 Anticipated Game for 2016!

As a member of the Development Team, I'm excited to be part of an enterprise which has been lauded by many individuals in our board game community, including Stonemaier Games' Jamey Stegmaier.

I invite you to check out the game, 'thumb' the entry, Print & Play TAU CETI, and please check out the Kickstarter project.

Cheers,
Joe

Not in Top 20 Anymore

Sorry, guys. I really wish you all the best, but I looked the other night and TAU CETI has slipped to around 150 or so.

Thought that was crazy how fast the ranks changed. I guess once people got wind they all started to vote.

Surprised at some of the voting results though.

Sorry, Misread

You are correct.

I guess I must have read the nomination number that had nothing to do with the number of votes for a nomination.

No worries!

DD,

That's not a problem, at all...when I first checked out the blog post it wasn't particularly intuitive.

Anyway, let us know if you have any questions. While we have many folks posting their ideas, it's great to see someone from our community doing well with their game.

Cheers,
Joe

No problem

No worries DarkDream, BGG can be a bit confusing at times.

Thanks Joe for the clarifications, and I'm beyond humbled to see our creation in the final poll!

Thanks!

Stormy,

It's quite a thrilling ride! We certainly hope that many of the voters are there on Day 1 of the Kickstarter, slated for the not-too-distant future.

TAU CETI has everything required in a 4X game, and does a better job of Exploration than Twilight Imperium; Exploitation than most other 4X games due to the TAU CETI Exchange and the use of comparative advantage; and Extermination, by not actually eliminating the other factions, but damaging their economic influence or through combat with their sole ships...very exciting!

Cheers,
Joe
