Hello, my name is Avianfoo and I am a gamaholic. I have lurked on these boards off and on for a while now...hey this sounds very familiar. All true though.

Currently working on Corporation Incorporated, a game of bluffing and resource management. Here's a blurp for those that may be interested:

From the humble beginnings of a swamp-lawyer farm on Bungle Prime, Corp Inc. has grown its empire across the galaxy making most of its profit from interplanetary sewage disposal and virtual casinos. Corp Inc. now employs over 60% of sentient beings and controls near 80% of the non-sentient labor force in the known galaxy. The difference between the two is considered a grey area.

Shameless advertising out of the way, I am also working on Crumb! a food fetching ant game for 2-4 players.

What brings me to these forums? Well, as I said, I have read many of the insightful/helpful posts here and now I can actually take part in those conversations. It's amazing.

I hope that I can help in others games as much as others have helped with mine.

welcome!

Welcome to the forums!

Both of your ideas sound great!

Corporation Inc. sounds like it will be quite a hoot to play.

Crumb has the potential for some very creative mechanics. I immediately pictured a red/white checkered picnic blanket pattern as the game board.

Good luck, I'm looking forward to reading more

I agree, corportation inc.

I agree, corportation inc. sounds great! Care to elaborate on it (i.e. how do you play and what not)?

And I also think crumb! sounds really interesting, and I think the red and white picnic mat is a fantastic idea for the game board

Aw shucks

Thanks for the warm welcome, people.

@NomadArtisan
Corp Inc has a more or less playable version on BGG. It's print and play and not very pretty. But I am working on making it prettier and making the rules clearer.
A checkered picnic blanket! Why did I not think of that?!? That might be the solution I did not know I was looking for :). Currently is a bunch of various terrain tiles which might be a bit fiddly.
Corp Inc rules v0.9 can be found at BGG.

Yo. Wazzup. (Go make AtomPunk). :p

Corp Inc is a resource management game at heart. Basically each card is a project which requires resources to complete but you may use the resources from other projects. Projects are started face down so only you know the resources it actually requires, but you may place any resources on the card. Just don't make it too obvious, since other players can call you out on projects that seem a bit resource heavy. All the while taking care not to increase your corruption too much.
I think crumbs game board might be changing to a red and white checkered picnic blanket. :)
